I had a great experience reaching out to this place! I spoke with Dora, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to answer all my questions and addressed every concern I had with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to find such helpful and friendly service these days. If you’re looking for a team that actually cares and gets things done, this is the spot. Thanks again, Dora, for making everything so easy!

I just moved into Rosemont two weeks ago. My apartment looked good when I moved in, and the grounds are kept very nicely. It has really stood out to me how attentive the leasing office is with their tenants!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The maintenance team is always quick and reliable, taking care of any issues right away. Management is very responsive and genuinely helpful, which has made a big difference for me and my wife. It’s clear they care about their residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommend living here!

Dora is the absolute best property manager! If you need anything she is your lady to talk to, any time my wife and I have any issues, questions, or need help with anything, Dora always comes to the rescue! She’s quick, attentive, and thorough. Couldn’t ask for a better property manager! I have been renting here for almost 3 years now, and from the moment I first called to move in, until now she has always been so helpful.

Great place to live! Anytime I’ve needed something, the staff and maintenance team has been quick to respond and super helpful. It makes living here so much easier knowing things get taken care of right away. Dora at the office has been awesome! My husband and I have had a few minor issues over the last 2 years of living here but Dora was quick to address them and get things figured out right away and even sent me updates when necessary which I really appreciated! Overall it’s a great place to live! It’s quiet at night and no one throws wild parties.
