The office staff take pride in The property they manage at Rosemont West 84th. The maintenance staff is on top of things 100%. I called off hours for maintenance issue and they responded within 20 minutes in person, this is unprecedented These days. The old saying you get what you pay for falls in line at the Rosemont 100%. 24 hour security on-call and security cameras on the premises help me sleep just a little bit better at night. Thanks Rosemont! 11/27/24: I herd some air hammer from the pipes upstairs, they addressed this right away! This is truly wonderful how much care is taken into this place!
