I am currently pursuing legal action regarding my experience with this property and have filed complaints with the Colorado Attorney General and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Because the matter is ongoing, I won’t go into further detail publicly at this time. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective residents to do thorough research before deciding to live here.

I’m Trying to. Communicate with anyone in charge of this property. I have repair requests and questions in the app from 7months ago that haven’t been responded to. Where can i send messages and get responses? Ernesto is cool! He earned the two stars. Live here if you’re desperate, just know you’re on your own.
