REMINDER TO EVERYONE THIS COMPLEX HAS BEEN PASSED AROUND BETWEEN LEASING COMPANIES OVER 4 TIMES IN THE PAST 5 YEARS; TAKE EVERYTHING THEY SAY WITH A GRAIN OF SALT AND BE EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS OF THEIR FINE PRINT!!
The overwhelming amount of one star reviews should speak for themselves; the absolute most incompetent, inconsiderate and dishonest administration in any apartment I've lived in and I used to live in Massachusetts and Texas, it was actually better when it used to be the lodge; but now they will break their own terms of lease and still look for ways to charge you more money on the new lease and they can get away with it because it's a new lease, they do not know the terms of their own policies, they fail to provide the required two months notice before end of lease, parking situation is an absolute nightmare unless you like walking to the supermarket next door for no reason, since they screwed up with the notice we were basically being forced to transfer to another unit here and they've been screwing that up left and right at every chance they get too; we had to send them our paystubs like 3 times, they refused to use our security deposit toward the transfer fees, would not negotiate a payment plan, they obviously pocketed the security deposit because we never got it back and it's not being honored towards remaining balance and they keep adding to our remaining balance, they've already done it twice since i first left this review and to top it all off whenever you call them out on this and confront them about it they'll get really pretentious and self entitled, they' will actually start gaslighting you and acting like you're some deranged criminal threatening everybody all for the sake of not admitting that they're totally scamming people here. I'd rather stay under an overpass before I trust these people with any signatures.
