DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is a complete disaster. Had a spouse live here and the amount of times they had told me, they had been harassed for simply paying rent late or even calling to ask information just to be treated like a squatter is beyond unfair. To top it off it seems the only way of leaving this place is with an eviction (had a talk with some neighbors just to hear the reason most people are gone may be due to evictions) At the beginning of move in the apartment seemed okay with an overall âlandlord specialâ with most things painted over and the fridge, oven, and flooring renovated. Eventually things started getting worse from there; as my spouse put it there was constant flooding, mold growing in the shower, no window screen was given until after a year within living in the unit, bad water temperature that was either pure ice or boiling hot water and the overall safety of the complex was not great as their were actual squatters living within units along with stuff happening like break ins and stolen packages. And though that may sound like the last of it most actions after leaving a unit will be charged or given a fee even if there was noticeable damages at the time of move in. (Example: my spouse had a break in, in which he prevented on his own, through self defense, however the front door was damaged and he was told he had to pay or be given a bigger fee). Rosemount 84th seemed very welcoming in the beginning but to hear how they treat a resident through a lease term is definitely inhumane especially during times of trouble or hardship.
