Living here was an absolute nightmare. Management is useless — never in the office, never answers the phone, and completely absent when you actually need them. I repeatedly came home to standing water on my counters and bathroom floor, which they brushed off as “the upstairs neighbor kid took too long of a shower.” That’s the level of care you can expect here. The walls are paper thin — I could literally hear my neighbor’s alarm clock every single morning like it was in my own room. Privacy and peace do not exist here. But the worst part? After my car was broken into for the second time, I went to management in tears and Dora told me, and I quote: “it’s not my job to keep you safe.” That one sentence says everything you need to know about how little they care about their tenants. Between the lack of security, poor management, and constant maintenance issues, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Was visiting a friend and needed to take an important work call so I left the unit to grab lunch and take the call near the leasing office. I was enjoying the property while in a virtual meeting until I was questioned by an employee of the property and was told that it was private property she left and I could hear her dialing the police department. This should give you an idea of the neighborhood and privacy.

Had a viewing scheduled for 10:30am, I show up, there's a sign on the door reading "training" until 11, while I sat outside waiting, one of their staff came out to put another sign over that one that read they'll have training until 12. I asked her what the deal was and she said they won't be ready until 12:30. If a place can't even honor a viewing time officially scheduled through their own website, that's a huge red flag. Avoid this place like the plague.
