The only thing nice about this place is the leasing office. I've been here a little under 2 months now and so far its been one problem after another. I can make the best of most any situation but one thing I cannot deal with is bug infestations in my living area. The apartment I moved into is nothing like the apartment I was shown, the floor plan is the same but other than that my apartment is a run down dilapidated version of what I was shown and its infested with rocahes and carpet beetles. I never even knew there was such a thing until I saw 2 in my closet....gross. I cannot even take a shower without the cockroaches appearing in my bathroom. I literally dread having to go pee now and cant walk around my apartment without shoes on because of bugs. I dont feel comfortable here at all, I just feel itchy and disgusted. Theres so many issues with this apartment I won't even bother listing them. Management is absent or just ignors the problems and wont respond to emails. After reading the reviews for AMC who is the property management company, I dont expect they care one bit about their tenants or the quality or cleanliness of thier properties. I am honestly disgusted...this place should be demolished. If they would properly maintain the units rather than cutting corners it could be a decent place to live. Whomever did the updates or renovations here should find another line of work because it looks like it was done by a 5 year old. If I was the owner of this complex I would demand my money back. I could do a better job than whomever did the work here and I'm not even in the industry. Totally disappointing experience to say the least. I would not recommend renting here, even to my worst enemy. Appaling!

The most recent parking situation that happened is ridiculous! Not having a single place for anyone to park, towing a bunch of cars, and then not communicating to anyone about places to park when the very small parking lot got full! The leasing office should have to pay the tow fees for every person who got their car towed!

I've had a great experience living here overall. The community is well maintained, and it's been a comfortable place to call home. There have been a few water-related issues from time to time, but maintenance has always been quick to resolve them once they're aware of the problem. I would just say that communication could be improved!
