Iâm very happy to say this is the place I call home , office and maintenance guys are very fast acting , helpful and provide a welcoming service . Office has helped me get a wonderful offer to get another new home , very worth living here in a place with loving office and fast acting maintenance and that stay on top of everything you need . Very proud to call this place my home for another year , Dora is soooo awesome and will find ways to help you out with ANYTNG AND EVEYTHING they make living at the apartments 5 stars for sure , they are all very helpful and will get things in order:)

Living here was an absolute nightmare. Management is useless â never in the office, never answers the phone, and completely absent when you actually need them. I repeatedly came home to standing water on my counters and bathroom floor, which they brushed off as âthe upstairs neighbor kid took too long of a shower.â Thatâs the level of care you can expect here. The walls are paper thin â I could literally hear my neighborâs alarm clock every single morning like it was in my own room. Privacy and peace do not exist here. But the worst part? After my car was broken into for the second time, I went to management in tears and Dora told me, and I quote: âitâs not my job to keep you safe.â That one sentence says everything you need to know about how little they care about their tenants. Between the lack of security, poor management, and constant maintenance issues, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
