I called the office today to ask for information about the new payment app, and Dora answered. She has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional with both myself and other residents. On multiple occasions, she has spoken to me in a way that feels disrespectful and inappropriate, as if I were a child. Today, however, her tone was noticeably different. It quickly became clear that the only reason for this change was to ask me to leave a 5-star review and specifically mention her by name. I am not sure who oversees this property, but it is highly inappropriate and unprofessional for a manager to request that residents post misleading or dishonest reviews. This is not the first issue related to her behavior. My mother previously lived in this community and chose not to renew her lease due to similar treatment. At one point, Dora told her, âIf youâre not happy here, you can break your lease and leave.â I will not be leaving a dishonest review simply because I was asked to do so.

Wish i could do 0 stars. One of the worst places ive rented. They will not return my calls or messages. Constant bugs and beetles and spiders around the unit. None of the tenants follow noise ordinance rules. I have epilepsy, I let them know that before I moved in, they promised me a quiet, clean, respectful unit. They have not delivered. Everyday is bass and music from the surrounding units and cars, I can literally feel it shaking my furniture and bed. I can literally feel the neighbors walking around as I try to sleep. Ive had many epileptic episodes because of such. Ive nearly bitten my tounge off from not being able to rest and stay covered in injuries from trying to recover. So I was lied too, pay all this money to only ensure a sezuire at least once a week. They refuse to return any of my complaints as well as refusing to move me units. Will be talking to the office staff soon about breaking the lease asap since they cant honor their end of the agreement. Absolute embarrassment of a staff and team as well as an complete embarrassment of apartments. As I type this now at 9am theres bass and music I can feel from my walls. Ridiculous, childish and very disrespectful.

This place is very nice. The Staff is very friendly. Diana R. Especially went out of her way to make me feel at home.She answered all my questions and said stop by if thereâs something I need . All the office staff has been great. James

I had a great experience reaching out to this place! I spoke with Dora, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to answer all my questions and addressed every concern I had with such a positive attitude. Itâs rare to find such helpful and friendly service these days. If youâre looking for a team that actually cares and gets things done, this is the spot. Thanks again, Dora, for making everything so easy!

Applying to this place I was shown nothing but grace from the manager Dora, I soon saw a completely different person. Me and my husband paid the âholding depositâ and application fees for us to wait three weeks for absolutely no answer bc of ânew managementâ which I understand is frustrating but what came next was appalling. We went in three times to get answers because our calls and all by one email was ignored or answered with rudeness. The final time we came in I was directly told by Dora that nothing could be done and I was treated like a child. She talked over my every word and got very aggressive with her speech while we kept a calm demeanor purely because we were so shocked with the treatment. She claimed to never receive communication from me, while I tried to show her the emails Iâve been sending to her she didnât care to look and continued talking over me very loudly with such disregard and disrespect. Now we are out $200 because they wonât refund application fees even though our application signed said we could move in the 15th of April and that date is tomorrow with no response about our application, and were told âthat date will just have to changeâ. Our deposit is held for 30 days after three weeks of waiting after applying. We wouldâve loved to move here if it was for management who are so disrespectful and dishonest.

Entire staff is incredibly unprofessional. They do not communicate with applicants, and when they do, they only respond to hear themselves talk. Dora as upper management here is a joke. When confronted about the lethargic, unproductive support they offer, she took offense and talked over my wife and I as a defense mechanism. Incredibly rude and unreliable staff. Having her at the helm allows the others to produce equally parallel service. Whoever owns this complex needs to seriously consider hosting a job fair to scout better talent. Too bad google doesnât let you rate an establishment 0 stars.

I just moved into Rosemont two weeks ago. My apartment looked good when I moved in, and the grounds are kept very nicely. It has really stood out to me how attentive the leasing office is with their tenants!

Iâve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The maintenance team is always quick and reliable, taking care of any issues right away. Management is very responsive and genuinely helpful, which has made a big difference for me and my wife. Itâs clear they care about their residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommend living here!
